Students attending or planning to attend a Colorado Community College System college
How to win it
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: colorado resident; minimum 2.5 gpa; demonstrate financial need. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
