The Denver Foundation stewards more than 70 different scholarship funds created by individuals, families, and businesses, with approximately 30 competitive, application-based opportunities.

How to win it
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: current resident of colorado (or ca resident 2+ years); enrolled/planning master's or doctoral program in early childhood education, child development, or educational psychology; demonstrate financial need. This award asks for an essay, 1 recommendation, a transcript, so give those pieces real time rather than rushing them. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
