Minimum GPA 3.0; Submit two (2) letters of recommendation; one (1) from a teacher or counselor and one (1) from a community organization who can comment on your overall character, achievement and contribution to serve the greater community; Submit essay addressing what the biggest problem in Hawai'i is and how you would solve it
