Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate some financial need; GPA 3.0 or higher; Be a full-time student; Enroll as a Sophomore, Junior or Senior; Enroll at a four year college or university; Major in Education; Preference for public high school graduates from the State of Hawaii.
