The 2027-2028 HCF Common Scholarship Application opens on December 1, 2026. Apply by February 1, 2027, 4 PM Hawai’i Standard Time.
Resident of State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Attend as a full-time student (as determined by your school’s financial aid office); Graduate student; GPA above 3.5; Pursuing a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree; Graduate of King Kekaulike High School; Graduate of a Maui high school.
How to win it
To win this scholarship, make sure your application clearly highlights your graduation from King Kekaulike High School or another Maui high school, your strong GPA above 3.5, and your pursuit of an MD or DVM degree. Since financial need is a key factor, be thorough and honest in documenting your financial situation through your school's financial aid office.
