Current high school senior or alumni of the Kamehameha Schools, with priority given to the current or past president of the Kapalama campus speech and debate team, officers of the Kapalama campus speech and debate team, and members in good standing of the Kapalama campus speech & debate team; Renewable priority given to previous McClellan Family scholarship recipient; Recipient may be enrolled Part-Time or full-time as a classified student in a post-secondary school institution
