Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0; Be a graduating Hawaii high school senior; Be a player on the high school varsity volleyball team; Enroll in a two or four year college or university; 1 letter of recommendation; Be first generation to attend college.
