GPA - 2.5 minimum or higher; Must be seeking a degree in Law or Pre-Law, Political Science, Archival/Library Science Management, Cultural or Natural Resources Management (priority for students and individuals focused on protecting water rights in the Hawaiian Islands, since the Hawai'i State Constitution and previous rulings established the principle that beaches, fresh water, and even new land created from the cooling lava of volcanoes were the shared property of the public and not private property), and for students interested in becoming Hawaiian Historians.
