How to win it
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: applicants must be seniors graduating from rockridge high school and entering a post-secondary educational program at a two year vocational/technical college or a four year college or university (master's or doctoral students are not eligible).. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
