Students apply for these scholarships through their respective High School scholarship committees.
Our requirement is that the recipients at Anoka and Elk River High Schools be residents of Ramsey; and the PACT Charter School and Ivan Sand School students are from Ramsey.
All applicants must have demonstrated personal character traits of integrity, leadership and maturity of purpose.
