This award is part of OSAC Scholarship Application (Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion) — you apply through one application, not a separate one for each fund.
Students can apply for 2027-28 OSAC Scholarships starting November 1, 2026.
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: oregon residents; must be a us citizen or eligible noncitizen; graduating seniors of benson high school. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
