The scholarship is an annual scholarship awarded to students attending a trade school, or otherwise in training for learning a trade through a qualified training facility in the Eugene/Springfield, Oregon area (exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for out of area facilities).
Examples of trades are Electrical, Plumbing, Construction, and Automotive fields of study.
