Students can apply for 2027-28 OSAC Scholarships starting November 1, 2026.
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: graduating seniors of roseburg high school; 2.75+; full-time enrollment required. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
