This scholarships is awarded to a student who is matriculating in the practical nursing program at the Career Technology Center of Lackawanna County.
The student will be recommended by CTCLC and must demonstrate characteristics of academic achievement and/or be an honors student, good citizenship and service to others, and leadership.
