Plans to attend a 2- or 4-year college or trade/technical school
How to win it
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: graduating senior at carlisle high school; plans to attend a 2- or 4-year college or trade/technical school. This award asks for an essay, a transcript, so give those pieces real time rather than rushing them. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
