Attending four-year university or two-year community college
How to win it
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: financial need; graduating seniors at akins high school; attending four-year university or two-year community college. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
