The Foundation’s scholarship cycle begins each year in January when we open the application process and continues through June when our Board approves all scholarships.

How to win it
Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: be a kusd high school senior; be currently enrolled in band or orchestra; plan to pursue post–high school training in the field of music. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
