Strong applicants clearly meet every requirement: be a graduating senior from one of the following (award rotates between the following schools): j.i. case, william horlick, washington park; have been accepted for admission to an accredited four-year college or university; intend to major in music or theatre. Because it targets music or theatre, tie your application to that field with specifics. Apply early and double-check the deadline, since local awards often have small applicant pools and reward the well-prepared.
