The 2027-2028 HCF Common Scholarship Application opens on December 1, 2026. Apply by February 1, 2027, 4 PM Hawai’i Standard Time.
Demonstrate financial need; Be a resident of the State of Hawaii or a dependent of a military member stationed in Hawai'i; Minimum GPA of 3.0; Attend a four-year accredited college or university; Be an undergraduate student; Participate in community service projects or activities.
