Be a resident of State of Hawai’i; Demonstrate financial need; GPA of 2.7 or above; Be an undergraduate student; Enroll as a Full-time student; Enroll at University of Hawai'i - Manoa; Pursue a bachelor's degree; Pursue a major or certificate in German Language or German Studies at the University of Hawai'i - Manoa, Languages and Literatures of Europe and the Americas.
