Be a resident of the State of Hawai‘i; Be a graduate or will graduate from a Hawai'i community college; Demonstrate financial need; Minimum 3.5 GPA; Plan to transfer to University of Hawaii - Manoa, University of Hawaii - Hilo, University of Hawaii - Maui College, or University of Hawaii - West O'ahu.
