The 2027-2028 HCF Common Scholarship Application opens on December 1, 2026. Apply by February 1, 2027, 4 PM Hawai’i Standard Time.
Demonstrate Financial Need; Undergraduate junior, senior or graduate degree student; Be in a study abroad program in a foreign country while enrolled at a U.S.
institution; Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0; Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Pursue studies in the social sciences pertaining to international understanding and interracial fellowship; Attend as a full-time student.
