Demonstrate financial need; Be a resident of the State of Hawai‘i; Attend a two or four year college or university in the State of Hawai’i; Minimum 3.0 GPA; Be a current or past employee of Safeway Hawaii or be a dependent of a current or past employee of Safeway Hawaii.
