Be a resident of the State of Hawai‘i; Demonstrate financial need; Be a full-time student; Be an undergraduate student; Attend a two or four year college or university; Minimum GPA of 2.7 or above; One letter of recommendation from a non-related community volunteer or teacher speaking to the student’s community service ability; Be a graduate of a public high school on Hawai'i Island.
