Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Demonstrate financial need; Be a resident of the United States; Demonstrate academic merit and good character; Attend an accredited post high school institution; First generation (first person in family to attend college).
