Demonstrated financial need; Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Minimum GPA (grade point average) or 3.5; Intend to major in education; Be a graduate of a public high school in Hawaii; Attend a college or university in Hawaii; Be a graduate of Konawaena High School.
