Be a resident of the State of Hawai‘i; Demonstrate financial need; Be a full-time student; Attend a four-year college or university; GPA 3.5 or above; Applicants who are Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Math majors; Upperclassmen (Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors).
