Be a SELCO member or the immediate family member of a SELCO member (SELCO employees and their immediate family are not eligible).
If you're a student in Lane County and want to be considered for the $7,500 Richard Metzler Opportunity Scholarship, we'll also ask you to use your short-essay space to share how you've achieved excellence in education, leadership, or civic responsibility despite adversity or lack of resources.
