Be a resident of the State of Hawai'i; Be a resident of one of these Leeward O'ahu zip code areas: 96701, 96706, 96707, 96782, 96792 or 96797; Be an undergraduate college student; Intend to major in a health-related field; Be enrolled as a full-time student; Attend an accredited, two or four year college or university; Demonstrate financial need; Minimum GPA of 2.5.
