Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Major in Education.
How to win it
Focus on clearly demonstrating your financial need in your application, as this is a key requirement alongside your academic standing. Make sure your transcripts reflect a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 and that your intended major is Education.
