Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Demonstrate financial need; Graduated from of a Hawaii Island high school; College Juniors or Seniors; Major in Civil Engineering, Nursing or Education.
