Who qualifies
Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrates financial need; Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Pursue a degree in culinary arts; Recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing.; Be a graduate of a Hawaii Island High School.
