The 2027-2028 HCF Common Scholarship Application opens on December 1, 2026. Apply by February 1, 2027, 4 PM Hawai’i Standard Time.
Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Attend the University of Hawaii Maui College; Enroll in the Nursing program; Recipients who were awarded in the immediate prior year if such recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements and is in good academic standing; Graduate of a Maui Cou.
How to win it
Focus on clearly demonstrating your financial need in your application, since that is a key requirement alongside your academics. Make sure you are enrolled or planning to enroll in the Nursing program at the University of Hawaii Maui College, and keep your cumulative GPA at 2.0 or above to stay eligible.
