Be a resident of the State of Hawai'i; Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Be a resident of the Ka‘a‘awa area on Windward O’ahu, areas of the traditional ahupua'a of Kualoa, Ka'a'awa, Makaua, and Kahana.
