Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Resident of one of the following Kauai areas: Koloa (96756), including Omao & Poipu (96756), Lawai (96765) or Kalaheo (96741).; In a separate essay on the application, write about the following topic: Describe your understanding of the meaning of ‘aloh.
