The 2027-2028 HCF Common Scholarship Application opens on December 1, 2026. Apply by February 1, 2027, 4 PM Hawai’i Standard Time.
Demonstrate financial need; Be a resident of the State of Hawai'i; Minimum GPA (grade point average) of 2.0; Be permanently or temporarily separated from birth parent(s) and “aged out” of the foster care system in the state of Hawai‘i; Be between the ages of 18 and 25; Be a resident of the state of Hawai‘i; Minimum GPA (grade point average) of 2.7; Be a dependent of an employee currently employed.
