Be in good academic standing or by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Attend an accredited post-high school institution; Resident of the Island of Hawaii; Graduate of Hilo High School or Waiakea High School; Demonstrate academic merit and good character.
