Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7; Attend an accredited two or four year institution within the U.
S.; Graduate of a Hawaiian immersion or a Hawaiian medium education high school in Hawaii; Be a resident of the island of Kauai.
