Resident of the State of Hawaii; Resident of the island of Kauai; Demonstrate financial need; Minimum GPA of 2.7; Attend a two or four-year college or university; Be an undergraduate or graduate student; Students of divorced parents; Be a graduate of a high school in the State of Hawaii.
How to win it
To win the Rise Up Scholarship Fund, make sure your application clearly demonstrates your financial need, as this is a key requirement alongside your GPA of 2.7 or higher.
