Be a resident in the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0; Be a resident of the island of Kauai; Be a full time student; Pursue a master's degree program or doctoral studies; Attend a college or university in Hawaii or on the US mainland; Pursue a degree with a focus on social justice, public or human service, education or health.
