Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Resident of the State of Hawai’i; Attend an accredited college or university; Major in a dentistry, dental hygiene, dental technology, or dental lab technician; Dental students.
