Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Be a resident of the State of Hawai’i; Intend to major in fields related to Computer Science or International Studies; Attend Hawai‘i Pacific University; Be an undergraduate student.
