Who qualifies
Resident of the State of Hawai’i; Demonstrate financial need; Minimum 2.0 GPA; Attend a two or four year college or university; Permanently or temporarily separated from birth parent(s) due to being placed under the State of Hawaii foster care, including those who aged out of the State of Hawaii foster care system.; Be a resident on the island of Kaua’i; Major in healthcare, education or social wo.
