The 2027-2028 HCF Common Scholarship Application opens on December 1, 2026. Apply by February 1, 2027, 4 PM Hawai’i Standard Time.
Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0; Be a first generation college student (first in their family to attend a college/university to attain a college degree); Be a graduate of a Hawaii Island high school; Attend a 2 or 4 year college/university located within the state of Hawaii as a part-time or full-time student; Scholarship is renewable.
