Demonstrate financial need; Be a resident of the State of Hawai‘i; Minimum GPA of 2.5; Be a past or current T-Shirt Theatre member at Farrington High School; Attend an accredited, two or four year college or university; Enroll full-time or part-time; First generation college students.
