Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Resident of the state of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Graduate of a Kauai or Niihau high school or charter school; Attend an accredited, two or four year college or university or pursue vocational training at an accredited institution; In a separate essay, write about family ties to Kauai or Niihau and work, family.
