Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Be in good academic standing by maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0; Be a resident of Maui Island; Undergraduate degree-seeking student; Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.7; Attend an accredited two or four-year college or university; Demonstrate community service.
