Be a resident of the State of Hawai'i; Demonstrate financial need; Minimum GPA of 2.5; Graduated from a high school in the State of Hawai'i; Born in the State of Hawai'i; Attend a two-year or four-year college or university; Student pursuing an undergraduate degree.
