Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Graduate of a public high school in Hawai'i; Minimum GPA of 3.7; Attend a college or university on the continental United States; Be an incoming college freshman; Be a full-time student; Be an undergraduate student; SAT and/or ACT scores submitted.
