Be a resident of the State of Hawaii; Demonstrate financial need; Minimum GPA of 2.5; Be a full-time student; Attend an accredited nonprofit college or university in Hawaii; Pursue a vocational or technical degree; Be a graduate of Roosevelt High School; Renewal student must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
